Through the implementation of a common set of quality requirements, the collaborative activities of its global workgroups, an emphasis on industry best practices, and the delivery of a leading-edge measurement system, QuEST Forum advances the quality, reliability, and performance of telecom products and services around the world

Drive the adoption of TL 9000 through global collaboration, evolving the Requirements, Measurements, and 3rd party registration process while sharing Best Practices.

Strategic Vision 2010
QuEST Forum developed and adopted a Strategic Vision in late 2006 to address the numerous interesting challenges and remarkable opportunities in the global telecom industry.
