Organization

QuEST Forum is a membership based organization with an Executive Board, work groups, and regional hubs that plan, execute and manage its business.

The Executive Board consists of Chairperson, eighteen elected board members, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Contributors. The Board sets direction and ensures alignment to the Strategic Vision and Objectives.

The Work Groups are responsible for the governance and maintenance of TL 9000 requirements and measurements, development of industry best practices, conference and event planning and other day-to-day operations. The four work groups are GlobalComm, Integrated Global Quality Requirements and Measurements (IGQ), Telecom Business Excellence (TBE) and Oversight.

QuEST Forum has created a flexible structure of Global Regions to ably reach, share, discuss and support the collective yet unique needs of its global stakeholders. The global hubs of Americas, Asia and EMEA, address the regional quality needs, locally support geo-specific issues and regional conferences, and provide valuable inputs to GlobalComm, IGQ, TBE and Oversight work groups.

QuEST Forum is assisted by the Forum Administrator in the smooth operations of its day-to-day activities; and, the Measurements Administrator that manages and directs member and TL 9000 databases and portals.
