Two-day conference with information sharing on best practices and "lessons learned" on TL 9000, Business Excellence Acceleration Models, and related topics. Non-members are an important part of this event to enhance participation and recruit new members. |
Executive Board |
Establish QuEST Forum direction and provide organizational oversight |
Face-to-face meeting or conference calls conducted with Executive Board members. |
Forum |
Update current members on the QuEST Forum's activities |
One-day meeting with presentations by key QuEST Forum executives and pertinent guest speakers. Preceded by leadership meetings and followed by work group meetings. |
Regional Conference |
Generate awareness for the QuEST Forum and its mission in a specific region, with the intent to increase participation and membership |
One- or two-day meetings with presentations and executive panel discussions geared to increase awareness and understanding of QuEST Forum and its offerings. |
Leadership Council |
Help establish QuEST Forum strategies and manage the deployment of the strategic plan. Includes addressing issues relevant to all the work groups. |
Face-to-face meeting or conference calls conducted with work groups, chairs, vice-chairs, secretaries, subject-matter experts, and QuEST Forum Administration. Meetings are typically held the Monday prior to face-to-face work group meetings or via teleconferences between face-to-face meetings. |
Work Groups |
Expressly held to assist work groups conduct the business chartered by the Executive Board. |
Face-to-face meeting to review specific agendas defined by the work groups, evaluate progress, endorse ongoing initiatives and their timelines. Meetings are held in conjunction with Forum meetings and the Best Practice Conference, as appropriate. |
