Performance Data Reports (PDRs) are available on a quarterly basis at the end of each calendar quarter. Each report covers 24 months of monthly data preceding the quarter of the publication. For example, the March 2008 report will contain monthly data for the period of January 2006 through December 2007.
PDRs are sent to subscribers via e-mail as comma delimited text files and include date of calculation, name of the measurement, industry average, monthly average, best-in-class, and worst-in-class when available. It also includes the number of data points in each measurement.
QuEST Forum offers a special introductory price for the first reports purchased. PDRs are available at lower prices to all QuEST Forum Liaison members and companies with one or more TL 9000 certified registrations. Non-QuEST Forum members and non-TL 9000 registered organizations pay full price for the PDRs.
