Americas


The Americas hub seeks to advance QuEST Forum's strategic objectives and products in Canada, Mexico, the United States, and Latin America; continually advocate Work Group benefits to members; champion wider TL 9000 adoption into the supply chain, and drive participation through Special Interest Group (SIG) events and other forums.

Regional Benefits

In addition to the benefits of the QuEST Forum and/or being TL 9000 certified, our region extends even more advantages to telecom organizations. These include:

2009 Initiatives

  • Present the Americas Best Practices Conference in Orlando, Florida, USA in September 2009
  • Build momentum in Canada, Mexico and Latin America through focused member recruitment initiatives, training, workshops and formation of SIGs
  • Continue to demonstrate membership value to smaller companies, Tier 2 and Tier 3 suppliers
  • Fully support and promote the work and accomplishments of the SIG groups within the Americas
  • Build momentum in Canada, Mexico, and Latin America through focused member recruitment initiatives, training, workshops, and formation of SIGs
  • Provide additional opportunities to member organizations and individuals for direct and virtual involvement and contribution
  • Provide member orientation and support for new members as they come into the QuEST Forum team
