The Global Work Group provides a collaborative global forum to telecommunications industry leaders by facilitating the launch of regional operations and driving marketing and communications activities for the Americas, APAC (Asia Pacific), and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) hubs.

Global Objectives

Spearhead global marketing efforts and teams to ensure full alignment with QuEST Forum strategies
Develop and implement a policy for regional QuEST Forum representation through other groups
Develop and implement global work structures
Develop global communications and marketing for the QuEST Forum
Identify and recruit key companies for membership

2009 Global Initiatives and Projects

Spearhead global marketing efforts to ensure full alignment with QuEST Forum strategies
Focus on recruiting effort in all regions
Work with regions to fully engage the expertise available in each area to improve QuEST Forum products and services
Create and communicate differentiated value propositions through ROI case studies (value added), member and TL 9000 benefits, and marketing collateral
Provide updated, substantive and user-friendly QuEST Forum, TL 9000, Member portal and regional web sites
Focus on obtaining first-person inputs and insights on member recruitment and technology needs and issues as related to TL 9000 enhancements
Transition to new events model in 2009 with three worldwide events that will unite the elements of the Best Practices Conference, report sharing, recognition, and workshops to better reach and serve global members
Provide translations for critical information such as TL 9000 alerts, select marketing materials, events, and press releases
Facilitate and ensure ease of global participation on QuEST Forum Work Groups and committees
