The charter of the Oversight Work Group is to work with the Chief Operating Officer and the QuEST Forum management Team to oversee QuEST Forum operations, including governance; manage business as directed by the Executive Board; direct work group strategic plan deliverables; and be responsible for overall TL 9000 program, including Registration Management System (RMS), Measurement Repository System (MRS), recognition, training, translations, registrars and accreditation bodies.

Finalize and launch the validation audit process, transfer process guidelines, and auditor substitutions guidelines
Implement individual certification process
Fully implement DSR advisories
Develop and implement in-house e-learning system
Complete tasks required to publish the R5 Requirements Handbook
Conduct the TL 9000 and Member value Surveys and analyze sources of member satisfaction and apply findings to lagging segments
Manage and strengthen industry liaisons and partnerships
Review and update TL 9000 Guidance Documents
